Synaptigen orders are prepared after the order form is completed and payment is confirmed. A tracking email with a shipment ID and tracking link is generally sent within 60 hours on working days. Delivery goes to the physical address entered at checkout, which may be a home or workplace. A billing address can differ from the shipping address when both are entered correctly.
U.S. delivery is commonly listed as 5–7 working days and free shipping is shown for domestic orders. Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand are listed at 10–15 working days with a $15.95 shipping fee. Package options can carry different shipping terms, so the amount displayed in the order summary controls the purchase.
International parcels may take longer because of customs, carrier conditions, holidays, or events outside the seller's control. When an international delay exceeds the expected shipping period, the guarantee period is described as beginning from delivery. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and monitoring tracking after dispatch.
If an address was entered incorrectly, contact product support at contact@synaptigen-product.com as quickly as possible. A change may not be possible after carrier handoff. Keep the order confirmation and tracking email when requesting help.
